We saw multiple venues but my dream was always the skyline of TLV through the chupa and nothing was comparable. We first met Gil who showed us around the venue, had us back to experience an event in action and hosted us for a tasting, every time he was a pleasure to be around and really made you
feel like they would bend over backwards to accommodate you. Closer to the time, Chen arranged a zoom chat with Heidi (Byit al hayam’s event manager). Heidi’s role was to work with Chen to make sure the venue was prepared for everything that we planned, which is exactly how it went down. On our wedding day we were introduced to Tal (the “family” waitress). Between Lee, Heidi & Tal, we felt like we had so much support, it was like we gained 3 new best friends that were always a step away to make sure we were hydrated, check in on our parents and families, make sure we had food and make sure we were happy. Literally everything we needed, they were at our service. Heidi and Tal are such lovely people, super attentive and friendly - none of which went unnoticed, a few of our guests even commented that we were getting VIP treatment. Heidi was with us until 4:30am! Shaked the bar manager was also helping us keep the party alive until the early hours and him and his team were truly amazing. It’s hard to put into words the experience but this might help: Dor and I went for pizza at 2am a week or so after the wedding and one of the bartenders recognised us and came over to chat to us - what an amazing team! To this day we are getting compliments on the venue and the bar & table staff. The venue literally checked all of our boxes, the decor, the location, the food and the service are all incredible.
